Exchange

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

The customer has the right to inspect the product upon delivery and verify the color, size, product condition, and number of items before accepting the order.

For exchange requests due to a change of preference (such as size or color), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Products classified as hygiene-sensitive items or those that come into direct contact with the face or body (such as niqabs, gloves, and burkinis) cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Oswa.

If the exchanged item is due to an error by Oswa (such as the wrong color, size, or model being delivered), the exchange will be processed free of charge after the case has been reviewed and verified.
