Warranty Policy

At Oswa, we are committed to resolving any manufacturing defects, product discrepancies, or errors on our part, including incorrect color, size, or model.

Claims regarding manufacturing defects or products that do not match the advertised specifications must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide their order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and verified, the issue will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer.
