Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

The refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds are issued within up to 14 business days, depending on the original payment method and the payment provider.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or official public holidays.

For products purchased during promotions or flash sales, the customer’s right to return remains valid in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be issued based on the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
