At Oswa, we strive to provide a convenient and transparent shopping experience, even when purchasing “second-hand” Outlet products at discounted prices.
Therefore, we offer a flexible and transparent inspection policy to ensure your satisfaction before receiving the product.
Right to Inspect Before Receipt:
The customer has the right to inspect the product upon receipt from the representative and ensure it matches the specifications stated at the time of purchase.
If dissatisfaction occurs, the product may be refused immediately, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Return Policy for Reserved Products:
When choosing to pay on delivery: If the order is not received, the customer only bears the shipping costs.
When paying electronically (card/wallet): After inspecting the product and returning it to the representative, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days via Vodafone Cash, after deducting the shipping costs.
Important Note:
The product may not be returned after the representative leaves.
Outlet products are treated as special offers and are therefore not eligible for exchange or return after delivery.
