Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Process: After inspecting and receiving the returned product, the refund will be processed within five business days via Vodafone Cash.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
