When the journey begins with a thread
She had a simple dream…
To open a small brand for girls who wanted to dress modestly, but still be elegant.
Modest, comfortable, chic clothing… And she actually started trying to sew pieces like this for herself.
A flared skirt in a soft color,
a bottom made of soft fabric,
a well-fitted cut, but with room.
She sewed with love, but without much money…no space, no equipment, no audience.
Until one day, one of her relatives wore an outfit she’d designed,
and she spontaneously said,
“Why don’t you open a page? Your clothes are a masterpiece, Amira!”
The words resonated with her.
It brought back the dream she’d put on hold.
She decided to try… She opened a Facebook page and photographed her first outfit:
a flared skirt, and bottoms made of royal Turkish fabric, with a clean cut, and soft colors.
She expected a few likes and that’s it. But what happened?
Comments, shares, people asking, requesting, suggesting, getting excited.
Ameera responded to everyone from her heart.
She felt like every girl who asked her for a piece…was putting a part of her dream inside her.
One very ordinary day, she met one of the Oswa team by chance.
They talked, and she showed her her work.
And the surprise…
The Oswa team saw in her true passion and mastery.
They suggested she be part of the craftsmen building the brand.
And that’s how the partnership began.
Ameera isn’t just tailoring a set now.
She’s tailoring a new beginning for someone…
The beginning of a hijab, the beginning of confidence, the beginning of a sense of comfort.
Every piece that touches her hands is filled with intention, taste, and love.
