A question in the lecture text…and sticking to the choice

It was a normal day at college, a morning lecture and the first week after my trip.
I was wearing the Oswa abaya I usually choose for long days, a loose dress underneath, and a headscarf from the same collection.

The professor entered the lecture hall, began his lecture as usual, and then suddenly stood in front of me and asked in a calm but clear tone:
— “Do you always stick to the same dress?
Don’t you want to try changing it or keep up with fashion?”

All the girls looked at me, and I felt my heart pound, but I smiled calmly:
— “This has been my choice from the beginning… I’ve tried many colors and styles,
but each time I go back to the style I feel safe in.
Oswa really makes it easier for me to choose modest, yet beautiful and comfortable clothing.”

Another professor in the lecture hall interrupted the conversation and said:
— “The truth is, clothing isn’t a measure of success… but confidence is what makes the difference in any field!”

I heard whispers from the girls:
— “This is Oswa’s new dress. Have you seen their collection?
It gives me a strange confidence…”

During the break, one of the girls approached:
— “I was going to be embarrassed by the question…
But your response made me think about trying a different style and seeing what I actually love, not just what I’m told!”

At the end of the day, my friend greeted me and said:
— “You’re an example of a girl who knows how to say no without saying much…
And your elegance in clothing makes everyone notice you.”

I went home and looked in the mirror…
I thought about how even the most difficult situation can be a new beginning for greater confidence,
and that every girl needs a reliable product like Oswa’s for every experience, not just an occasion.

Have you ever been in a situation at university or school where you felt like you were under a microscope because of your clothing?
Have you tried an Oswa product that played a role in strengthening your confidence?
Tell us or share a piece of advice for a girl who might hesitate in a similar situation…
Your words can give her the courage to say, “I am as I am…” And proud
