Girls gathering in the mosque🕌
On Friday, Maryam and her friends agreed to go to a large mosque in the neighborhood to attend a seminar on “Values in Girls’ Lives.”
The atmosphere on the street was fairly normal, but as soon as they approached the mosque, they felt like they were entering a different world: lights, Quranic recitation, and a different kind of serenity.
👗 Getting Ready
Maryam stood in front of the closet before going out and said,
“I’m entering a grand place… I want an outfit that’s appropriate for the occasion, modest and comfortable for me to sit in for hours.”
She wore a light purple Oswa abaya with a simple white headscarf.
When she reached the door of the mosque, one of the girls distributing the brochures smiled and said,
“Your style is very elegant… It gives me a sense of serenity.”
Maryam felt that her choice was a reflection of her inner state.
🌸 The Atmosphere of the Seminar
The mosque hall was filled with girls of all ages.
Each one dressed differently, but all modestly.
The lecturer began her talk by saying:
“Modesty is not just a word… it’s a way of life. And modesty is revealed in the heart before it appears in clothing.”
The words fell like a balm on Mariam’s heart.
She looked around and saw young girls sitting and listening in admiration. One little girl looked at her and said:
— “I want to grow up and dress like you.”
📖 A Touching Moment
After the seminar ended, the girls gathered in the courtyard to talk.
One said:
— “I was hesitant to change my style… but today I felt that simplicity and modesty don’t diminish elegance.”
Mariam responded:
— “On the contrary, they give you inner strength. And I always find a style role model that makes me feel comfortable and proud in places like this.”
🌙 Returning Home
On the way home, Maryam was smiling… She felt that today wasn’t just a seminar, but a small spiritual milestone that made her feel content.
She wrote in her notebook:
“At the mosque, a girl learns that her value isn’t in imitating trends… Her value lies in being herself.
And Oswa always helps me find clothes that make my soul feel reassured and comfortable.”
✅ CONCLUSION
The mosque isn’t just a place of worship; it’s a place that restores the true meaning of life.
And Islamic dress isn’t a burden, but a means of serenity, confidence, and simple beauty.
And with Oswa, any girl can find the piece that will make her spiritual day more beautiful.
